My research in processing worms, both frozen and dried has been going on for over 10 years, and it is only now that we have perfected a product that I believe is absolutely fantastic. This product is our freeze dried black worms.

The dried worms go through the same procedure as the worms destined for the live worm trade do, then they are snap frozen into 4 kg blocks before being placed inside the freeze drying machine. After they are dried, they are broken up into individual worms again and then packaged. It takes about 80 gms of live worms to make 10 gms of dried worms.
